Cassandra Hotel

I had a great stay at the Cassandra Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Special shoutout to Handa from the staff - she went above and beyond to handle everything so nicely! Super appreciated her help and kindness during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, highly recommended. The staff's assistance was outstanding, and we had no problems during our stay of over a month. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

The customer service from The front desk staff is excellent. Handra is lovely and attentive. She made the stay notable. The location is great, tons of food in short walking distance. Keyless entry is handy. Covered parking is a bonus. Rooms are a bit dated but it’s also an old part of town so it’s expected. It’s clean and that’s all that matters to me. Good water pressure in the shower. I had a nice view and the room was super quiet. I’ll stay here again.

We lucked out big time with this hotel! We stayed for two nights, and even though we booked last minute, we were so glad we found it. At first, we weren't sure since it's about 10km from the rental car spots in Richmond, but once we arrived, we could immediately tell how different it was inside compared to the outside. They've just renovated the interior, and it looks fantastic! Our room wasn't quite ready since we booked it only about two hours before arriving, but Handra at the front desk was super nice. She gave us some great suggestions for places to check out while they prepared our room. When we got back, we were so happy—everything was bright and sparkling clean, and it felt really modern. Seriously, don't judge this book by its cover! Oh, and they have juice and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch. We reserved queen rooms, and they were perfect.

From calling for inquiry until we checked in at Cassandra Hotel was Fantastic! The front Desk named Handra is very accommodating. I would like to commend her for granting our early checked Inn because we have to attend a special event of my Husband at 4pm. She was welcoming and exceptionally helpful to get in. Our room was spacious,clean and had a great view of the city. We will be returning here again.

Handra at the front desk of the hotel was so helpful and considerate. We had thought that the hotel was pet friendly due to a booking site we used and the Cassandra hotel is not pet friendly. They were shocked to see that we had brought a cat with us but instead of kicking us out they allowed us to finish our stay so long as we agreed to pay for the deep cleaning services they provided to maintain a clean room for the next guests. They were very proffessional and courteous.
